How does an old lady with back problems do this??? I love my new Indesit washer/dryer but now I’ve seen this video I have no idea how the hell I’m going to do this, whar a dreadful design fault!! Perhaps old ladies aren’t supposed to buy these machines??
sorry should have said this is the best video I’ve found for my new washer/dryer. Most videos show people who tell you such a lot of useless info, they hurt your ears but you keep listening hoping they will eventually tell or show you what you want to know. So thank you this one is excellent

You don’t need to take the filter housing out, just unscrew it and remove the filter.
Washing machines are really heavy to tip backwards, why couldn’t Indest have made it a simple pullout filter like most do…then it would be simple for us to clean filter regularly.
