2. Hi! Thanks for your video. I was wondering, is the big knob supposed to not have any «clicks» like the other knobs? It looks like there’s a bit of resistance when you’re turning that knob to Steam Refresh.

3. I’ve noticed our clothes are not drying after one cycle on 60 minutes. I usually have to dry them twice. Is this normal? Also recently had our dryer vent power brushed, cleaned, vacuumed and lint screen cleaned along with cleaning of the roof top vent goose neck.

8. I just purchased a new Whirlpool dryer and, so far, it is a huge disappointment. I don’t like the resistance in the knobs and, I have to run it over and over again to get it to dry anything.

12. Is the main know supposed to have so much resistance and how do I turn the dryer off from times dry?
