Be bought a Bosch condenser dryer. Neither the auto off or timed functions work properly, no matter the heat setting. Bosch customer service has been extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. We have also had issues with some other appliances from them. DO NOT WORK. NO SUPPORT. AVOID!

Why doesn’t it change directions though.
It’s a massive complaint from Bosch, and every time they say the back plate works.. it clearly doesn’t.
All dryers should change direction to stop balling of bedding and large items
